OPPO RENO8 PRO comes with new generation processor platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. It has high speed connectivity and work with great gaming performance. The first operating system is use Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1 Oppo user interface.

Some disadvantages possibilities of OPPO RENO8 PRO :

• Drawback of OPPO RENO8 PRO Does not have external memory card slot for MicroSD.
• Cons of OPPO RENO8 PRO battery is not removable. This is normal for thin 7.6 mm unibody design, but the problems will happen when battery get troubles or end of life. We have to ask Oppo authorized service center for replace with original battery.
• Disadvantages of OPPO RENO8 PRO fingerprint sensor is use optical under display. It is not as fast as hardware button sensor. More slow responsive if we use thick screen protection.
• Demerit of OPPO RENO8 PRO does not have 3.5 mm headphone jack for connect with external audio devices.

Is OPPO RENO8 PRO worth to buy ?

OPPO RENO8 PRO use new mid-end processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. It has high speed Octa-core 2.4 GHz with 64 bit Qualcomm Kryo CPU. This phone work faster for running gaming that supported by Adreno GPU and high speed 5G connections or WiFi 6.

We can use three main camera that located at back side body with 50 megapixel for wide + 8 megapixel for 120 degree ultrawide + 2 megapixel for macro. It can record movie up to 4K at 30fps. Sometime we do not need to use 4K video resolutions for daily video recording, then we suggest to use 1080p resolutions with 30fps because we still can get FullHD movie with reasonable file size. It is also has front camera with 32 megapixel resolution. All camera has gyro-EIS for reduce handshake blur when record movie.

Some users does not like to use under display fingerprint, because the accuracy is not too fast if compare by hardware button fingerprint. Please do not use thick 3th party screen protection or tempered glass, because it can give more resistance when using in-display fingerprint. We can leave Corning Gorilla Glass 5 scratch protection work at 6.62 inches AMOLED screen. There are three color that we can choose with Black, Blue and Gold. This phone is worth to buy.
