Camera is the main advantage that Sony promise to SONY XPERIA Z2 users, but as we know the specifications and the camera type of this smartphone does not have improvement if compare with SONY XPERIA Z1. However, the camera of SONY XPERIA Z1 (and Z2 as well) is very good to take pictures at almost any situations. With 20.7 megapixel camera and big 1/2.3″ sensor size will make this smartphone user have more confident to take good pictures. Not only for still pictures, the camera at SONY XPERIA Z2 will able to take Full HD recorder as 2160p at 30fps, of course we can set lower resolution to fit what we need, but the video result is wonderful. The camera have image stabilizer, but unfortunately the SONY XPERIA Z2 does not have optical images stabilizer.
Like other Sony Xperia Z family, the SONY XPERIA Z2 also have IP58 certified, with this certified mean this smartphone have water resistant and dust proof. Water resistant specification for IP58 can make SONY XPERIA Z2 submerge in the water at 1 meter deep not more than 30 minutes. But please remember, this phone still have open area to charge, so we need to make sure all port covered well before submerge in the water.
Triluminous technology also equip at SONY XPERIA Z2, it mean that the LCD screen at SONY XPERIA Z2 will give the same technology with Sony Bravia Television screen. And if we compare with other smartphone screen, the SONY XPERIA Z2 will give more colorful and vivid display with better view angel. One more important thing at SONY XPERIA Z2, we also can adjust the color balance to fit our eyes. The drawback of SONY XPERIA Z2 is internal memory only have 16 GB size, but we should not have to worry about this disadvantage, because SONY XPERIA Z2 have microSD slot which can read up to 128 GB microSD card. Please consider to give only high-speed (class 10) microSD card. The bad thing using external card is about the speed.
The drawback of SONY XPERIA Z2 is non removable battery, but Sony company should consider to make the phone not easy to open because this is waterproof smartphone. More open location will make the phone easy to leak with the water.
The drawback of SONY XPERIA Z2 is glass at body design, using body glass at this smartphone will make us consider to give screen protection at the back size (not only for LCD screen), because we are worry some scratch will appear in this glass.
All product will have the good point and bad point, this is also happen at SONY XPERIA Z2. However, the specifications, design and camera quality already give plus point to consider before buying this phone. The Xperia Z family also have good update firmware to fix some bugs and other improvement.

excuse me sir, actually i planned to buy this Xperia z2 mobile. But some buddies updated to – the camera video capturing mode(4K ) is not offered good. It is working only 11 mins- that is true or not?

i personally use xperia z2 for day to day use, it is of a hell of a fast phone and probably has the strongest processor(2.3 ghz). The main issue is a “bit” of heating due to its slim chasis but its easily overtook by its stunning design and monsterous speed.
